Already registered members can log in and use it immediately. -

How to Make Accommodation Reservations

Search by date of stay and number of guests, and filter your search

The best rates based on the specified date and the number of people in the relevant area are displayed.

Check the hotel plan and make a reservation
The JRHM App has a variety of functions for you to enjoy hotels!

Enter the date of your stay and number of guests, and use various search methods such as “area”, “brand”, and “favorites” to easily find available accommodation.

You can use your smartphone as a room key.

Easily make reservations at hotels you have saved as favorites You will also receive special coupons.

On a single membership card screen, you can check your points as a JR Hotels member, and view your membership status, discount coupons for your favorite hotels, and other information to help save money with JR Hotels.

A gallery function has been added to display more images from each facility than previously, including hotel exteriors and guest rooms.
Please take a look at the gallery for facilities you are considering staying at, and use it as a reference to help you choose the right facility. -
The hotel will send you “special offers” and “recommended information”. When information has been sent, a red mark will appear in the “recommendations” section at the bottom of the app to notify you.
